Staff do everything they can to accommodate patients - all go beyond the call of duty. When they were unable to help as appointments were full and I referred myself to 111 as suggested, my case was bounced back to the surgery and they still managed to help me, despite a clear lack of support from the wider network.

All the staff are very kind and helpful, including the doctors very friendly, understand your professionals ready to advice, treating you well. Definitely the surgery is up to date and is moving forward progress.

Fantastic service as usual. I'm a regular patient and suffered a chest pain in the night. I was given an emergency appt at 0950 . Saw locum GP who took time to hear about my problem, and in the end recommended that I went to Mayday for a full check-up. I've been a patient here for 2-3 yrs after enduring appalling service at a very large Purley Practice for nearly 30 yrs, and this one is absolutely fabulous.. Please keep it up!
